Sarah Asha Rose · The CLEAR Mastermind · Founding Cohort
There's a hidden pattern underneath it — the one that puts everyone else first, makes it hard to say no, and keeps you from ever really being seen without bracing for judgment. Eight weeks to find it, and finally let yourself receive.
You've been the nice one. The strong one. The one who swallows the true thing so nobody else has to feel it.
You've asked a card, a friend, anyone but yourself — because your own knowing never quite felt like enough to act on alone.
You've felt guilty for choosing yourself, given more than you've ever gotten back, and quietly resented it — then felt guilty about that too.
This isn't a confidence problem. It's not even really a boundaries problem — you've probably already tried that.
It's self-abandonment — leaving yourself to stay connected to everyone else. It shows up in your relationships, your business, your motherhood, your friendships, your leadership, even your spirituality. Anywhere "what do they need from me" runs ahead of "what do I need."
Not more confidence. Not another boundary script. You want to finally get back as much as you give —
Charging what you're actually worth
Without the discount, the payment plan you offer before anyone asks, or the apology built into the price.
A partner who gives back what you give
Who remembers what you need without you asking twice — the way you've always remembered it for them.
Saying the true thing
And not spending the next three days replaying it, waiting to see if it cost you something.
Trusting your first answer
Before you check it against a card, a friend, or anyone else's read on your own life.
Not because you gave less. Because you finally stopped abandoning yourself long enough to receive it.
From swallowing the true thing so nobody else has to feel it
To saying it, staying in the room, and finding the relationship survives.
From giving more than you get back, and calling it love
To relationships that give back without you having to ask twice.
From editing everything six times before you post it
To recording without a script, and trusting what comes through.
From going blank when someone asks what you do
To saying yes to the opportunity you would have declined six months ago.
From naming your rate, then quietly talking yourself back down
To raising your rate and staying steady while you wait for the answer.
From looking outside yourself for permission
To trusting what you know, even before you can explain how you know it.
This isn't about becoming a different person. It's about finally trusting the one who was there the whole time.
This isn't a discipline problem, and it won't respond to trying harder. It's a protection pattern — your nervous system learned, a long time ago, that leaving yourself was safer than losing someone. CLEAR works with that pattern directly, in your body, not just in your thinking.
These aren't separate problems. They're the same protection pattern, wearing different outfits.
All of it exists to do one job: avoid rejection, avoid disappointing someone, avoid being left. Stay worthy. Stay connected. That's why "just stop people-pleasing" rarely works — the behavior was never really the problem. It's protection.
The question that actually moves something
Not "how do I stop doing this?"
But "what is this protecting me from?"
Once you can answer that, you're not fighting the pattern anymore. You're building enough safety, in your body, that you no longer need it.
And here's the part that trips people up: focusing on yourself can feel selfish, even guilty. It isn't. You can't pour from a place that's already empty.
I'm Sarah Asha Rose — a licensed Master Social Worker with over 12 years of clinical experience, author of Your Voice Is Your Currency, and the creator of the CLEAR method and the Somatic Channeling System.
My work bridges real clinical training with somatic and intuitive practice — this isn't mindset-only coaching or generic spiritual advice. It's grounded in how the nervous system actually works, because that's where these patterns live in the first place. I've spent over a decade guiding creative entrepreneurs, practitioners, and people reconnecting with their own intuition through exactly this kind of work.
I held my own book back for seven years, convinced it had to be perfect before anyone could see it. I know this pattern from the inside, not just from theory. For a long time I thought I just needed to become a better healer, a better partner, a better giver. What I actually needed was to stop abandoning myself.
Format
A live, small group of 6–8 people, meeting by video every Sunday at 11am for 45 minutes, over 8 weeks. Each week walks through one step of my CLEAR framework.
Somatic work
Not just worksheets. Every session includes practices that work with your nervous system and body directly, because that's where these patterns actually live — guided by somatic inquiry, questions that help you feel where a pattern lives in your body rather than just describe it in your head.
Energy healing
Woven through as well — working with the unconscious mind alongside the conscious one, to help release the stuck emotion and stuck energy that keep a pattern locked in place long after you've understood it intellectually.
Every call is recorded, so a missed Sunday never means losing the thread.
Before week one — The Voice Diagnostic
A short diagnostic you complete on your own: where you dilute yourself, what your body does around being seen. This becomes the map we work from together.
Week 1 — Kickoff, Sunday September 6th (60–90 min)
A longer first call: somatic grounding, a short voice activation, and naming the protection pattern that's actually been running the show — so you leave knowing exactly what we're working on together.
Week 2 — Calibrate, September 13th
Safety in the body, first. Where you don't feel safe, and why — and the patterns of unsafety still living there now. Nothing else works until this does.
"My voice isn't broken. My body doesn't feel safe yet."
Week 3 — Listen, September 20th
Listen to what the energy is showing you — then listen to yourself, your own truth underneath the noise. The only question that matters here: is this true?
"I can tell the difference between my fear and my knowing."
Week 4 — Express & Excavate, September 27th
The inward turn. You say what's true to yourself first, and in doing that, excavate and release what isn't.
"I can say it before I've edited it."
Week 5 — Integration, October 4th (no live call)
A built-in pause, on purpose — worksheet and practices only. This week is the method demonstrating itself: integration matters, so the program makes room for it.
Week 6 — Anchor & Allow, October 11th
Root what's true into your body so it becomes yours, not just an idea you once had. And let yourself receive it — recognition, support, rest, money — as a capacity, not a business skill.
"I am allowed to have this."
Week 7 — Release & Remember, October 18th
Release what you're ready to share with the world, and release the old pattern as you go. Then remember: you were enough before any of this.
"I don't have to earn the right to be here."
Week 8 — Completion, October 25th
Close as a group. Name what's changed, what's still moving, and what you're taking with you.
"The inner work has changed my outer world, for sure."
From feeling like her spiritual journey was a competition, needing outside validation to know she'd "arrived" — to trusting her own inner knowing so fully that recognition from others became irrelevant.
Tonya came in feeling like her spiritual journey was a competition — always looking outside herself for validation that she'd "arrived." Working through this framework shifted that entirely. During a tense call with her boss of 11 years, she stayed calm instead of reacting. He called her back afterward, apologizing, telling her he could feel she'd been holding steady for both of them. The shift didn't stop with her — her husband started noticing his own reactions more, and her mother, who'd stepped back from doing spiritual work together, asked to start again.
"I think what I expected is not what I received, but I received so much more... all of this knowledge couldn't bring the wisdom that comes from within. It's not becoming, it's uncovering — I'm not trying to go towards, I'm trying to just release, to uncover what's already there."
"Even in situations where I've felt intimidated before, I don't take that on anymore. I'm not questioning myself the way I used to — I know I have something valuable to offer, and I don't need anyone else to confirm that for me."
— TonyaFrom not being able to make decisions for herself — to trusting her own intuition and taking real steps toward the life she actually wants.
"When I first met Sarah, I couldn't make decisions for myself. She helped me learn to trust myself and my intuition."
"She held space for me, and I felt comfortable sharing anything. She gave me real direction on how to move forward in my life and take the next step — and she inspired me to actually follow my dreams."
— TessaAnd a few more, in their own words
Stuck → taking real action
"After feeling stuck and not taking action on things I knew were good for me, all in one week I accomplished what I had been trying to do for three months."
— Raymond, St. Augustine, FloridaHidden → putting herself out there
"I am way more confident with my gift, and I've started to put myself out there to be seen."

Already completed a Calibration Session? This is your natural next step.
New here? A Calibration Session is a great place to start first.
When does it start, and what's the schedule?
We begin Sunday, September 6th, and meet weekly at 11am for eight weeks, with a built-in integration week and no live call on October 4th. Each session runs 45 minutes.
What if I can't make a session live?
Every session is recorded, so you'll never lose access to the work even if life gets in the way that week.
Is this live or self-paced?
Live, in a small group, over video. The group container itself is part of what makes this work — you're not moving through this alone.
How is this different from a Calibration Session?
A Calibration Session is a single 45-minute taste of Calibrate and Listen. CLEAR Mastermind walks through all five steps of the framework, in full, alongside a small group over eight weeks.
